What is your Deposit and Cancellation Policies?
A full prepayment is due at the time of booking. Reservations can be cancelled up to 5 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Cancellations and no-shows within 5 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Are Children allowed?
Only children 13 years and older are allowed.
Are Pets Allowed?
No pets are allowed. Service animals (not emotional support) are allowed on the property. Service animals cannot be left in the room alone for any reason.
How should I get there from the Airport?
We recommend you take a taxi from the Airport. The cost is $36.00.
Do you have a gym?
No we do not have a gym but the world famous "New Orleans Athletic Club" is only two short blocks away.
Do you have a pool?
We have an outdoor pool and hot tub in our courtyard.
Do you have an icemaker in the suite?
All of our suites have full kitchens with a full size refrigerator with an ice maker.
What does the amenity fee cover?
Our $9.95+ taxes/night amenity fee covers pool and hot tub usage, unlimited wi-fi connections, and our coffee and water bar in the lobby.
